Topic: sampler software/amen...
anyone know of any free vsts where i can just load an amen in, chop it up, add effects and what not, and like sequence em all, or trigger using keyboard? something like Battery..

I'm looking for something good like this too. Neuendo just doesn't make this as easy as it should be.

Renoise.
I have tried Guru and didn't like it. Live has been my tool of choice for almost 2 years now, and Acid before that.

Ableton and Renoise are not free and he's just looking for a VST. And Renoise works much better when using the 09xx command. Although both could do what he wants, I don't think they're very good answers for what he wants.
